Flu Shot and Blood Work

Daddy and Wrigley were giving Kisses to Sofia. She loves to have Band Aids.

Today, I took Sofia to the Doctors for her Flu shot. While we were there I asked about getting her tested for melamine. Some reports say anyone who adopted children under the age of 18 months in the year of 2006 and 2007 should talk to their pediatricians to see if testing is recommended. So our doctor recommend the test. Sofia has never had her finger poked. We usually tell the lab to just take it from her arm. (Much faster) She never cried and just kept saying mommy blood. "I need a band aid." She was so good. The good news is the Doctors office called this afternoon and all the blood work came back normal. We are glad we asked about this. It puts us at ease.
