Our 500 post.

We started the blog July 18th 06. Can you believe that we would of had so much to say? I guess 500 posts in 3 years isn't bad... Right!!! We wanted to thank everyone who has continued to read the blog. We always like reading the comments.. It is such a nice way to keep family and friends updated on our life.

Hope everyone is enjoying the 4th. We had a quiet one. I thought I better take a picture of Drew on his First 4th. I didn't think about there clothes until I decided to take some pictures. I was not even going to attempt to change Drew's clothes.

Drew is in some pain today. Last night was the worst. We had to take off the band aid. (I did) He screamed for about 15 minutes, then went to sleep for 30 minutes. He is getting his Tylenol on a regular basis....

Tonight, Grandma and Grandpa came over to see us. We had pizza, and went for a walk. When we came back Sofia wanted Grandma to fix popcorn. But Grandma and Grandpa had to go home. Thanks for checking on the Grand kids and the pizza....

Drew did very well with his surgery today. I think Daddy is in more pain than Drew. Thank you to everyone who called and emailed us.

Anderson Japanese Gardens

Today, we met Erica, Rachel and the boys at Anderson Gardens. The place is sooooo beautiful. We had so much fun. The kids enjoyed feeding the koi fish and running around. I would like to go back and take more pictures and have lunch at the restaurant. (Hint Hint)

My Taco eating Machine.....

We went to Sabrosa's for dinner tonight with Grandpa and Grandma. Sofia ate 3 taco's, rice, chips and salsa. This is the first time she has ever ate 3 taco's. Grandma and Grandpa asked if we ate lunch. The funny thing is we went to McDonald's for playgroup today. I guess all the running around made her hungry. Drew ate some chips and tomatoes. When we got home she wanted an apple. Which she and Drew ate also.......

Jen's Visit & Fishbone Braid & Ni Hao Kai Lan

I saw this fishbone braid on Salsas blog. I braided my mom's hair and Sofia's. I need some more practice. By the time Sofia's goes to preschool I'll be a pro.

Target has Ni Hao Kai Lan stuff.... We have been waiting and waiting for this to hit the stores FINALLY!!!! Sofia got a color book and a shirt..... Drew wasn't forgotten he got a Superman car.....

Tonight I met our friend Jen. She was in town for work. We became friends while waiting for Sofia. I can't believe they are still waiting. She said it will be 38 months. Jen and Kevin we are praying that China keeps up with 6 days of referrals. It will happen only God knows when..... Thanks Jen, had fun. See you in July......

Happy Father's Day & Happy Birthday Mom & Wrigley!!!!!

Happy Father's day to my wonderful husband and the BEST DAD. When he woke up this morning Sofia gave him the bag and said I got you a red golf shirt, before he even opened the bag. I'll have pictures of Steve with the kids tomorrow. He had to work today. WE ALL LOVE YOU!!!!

Today was my mom's birthday. It's also Wrigley's birthday he turned 7 years old. I'm not going to tell my mom's age. I know better. Grandma and Grandpa had us over for a cookout. Yes she had to cook on her birthday. Happy birthday to the BEST MOM in the World........ WE LOVE YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
