Happy Halloween

Today Sofia went to both Grandparents house's and to Aunt Tina and Uncle Lyle's. Sofia was a cheerleader!! She got a lot of candy. (Sofia doesn't know what candy is so mommy and daddy will have to eat it for her)

It's been a year already can you believe it!!!! We all went to the Wisconsin Dells for our Anniversary. We had alot of fun. Sofia really liked the playground and water parks. (We only posted the ones that you can't see me in my swimsuit)

What a week!!!

Sofia had a play date with Nolan on Monday. She was talking to him and feeling his hair. We had alot of fun.

I had Wrigley show off Sofia's art project, that she made at the library today. I told Sofia that Wrigley wanted to wear the hat. In hopes Sofia would want it. (Didn't Work) She put it back on Wrigley.

Today, Sofia didn't want to take a nap today. So I went in to check on her, well she had went poop so I changed her and put her back into the crib. As I turned to walk out of the room she went up and over the crib. And feel to the floor. She didn't even scream she came running over to me. She had a look on her face like what just happened. Daddy came running in to see what had happen. I told him Sofia had climb out of her crib. We are blaming her gymnastic class. We put the crib mattress and spring on the floor in the crib. She will not be able to climb out for a least a couple of months. Unless she has a growth sprout. When I told grandma and grandpa today, Grandma's reply was Welcome to Motherhood. (Ha Ha) I guess my brother Nick climb out of the crib at 12mos. We are not ready for her to be in a toddler bed.

Grandma and Grandpa's

This is Sonny. Grandma and Grandpa's new Kitty.

We have been practicing with Sofia so she gets used to having her photo taken. We have a photo session the end of the month. I set up a little backdrop to practice.
We went out to eat and Sofia took Amnesty tomato out of her taco. Sofia out ate everyone. She is such a good eater.

This weekend Sofia and I went to Grandma's and Grandpa's house. Alyssa and Amnesty were there. The girls played. The wore out Grandma and Grandpa.

Today Sofia went to the library for baby talk. Sofia and Alyssa made spider webs. It has been so cold that Sofia has not been able to play on her playset. She loves being outside. Before it gets too cold we are going to bring the playset inside. That way Sofia can play on the slide. She loves the slide.

11 Month Anniversary & Sofia is 20 Months

Today marks our 11 month anniversary since we have been home. Time sure does fly. It seems like yesterday we were getting ready to travel. Sofia is saying more and more words and doing more and more things. She is getting so big. Wow we can't believe she is already 20mos. We think she needs a friend, that is a human friend. Sofia has been copying the dogs. Thankfully our boys are well mannered. They love her so much and she loves them just as much. Today Sofia had her first fish sandwich. She loved it. She ate the whole sandwich. Daddy will have to be in charge of cooking fish. Since I don't eat any kind of fish.

Randa and Sofia Reunion!!!!

We got a call this afternoon from the family we traveled with. Randy, Jera and Randa were on their way to Rockford. Sofia and Randa were crib mates. I'm so glad that we got to see them again. Steve, Sofia and I went to their Hotel. The girls were so good. I really think they remember each other. They invited us to dinner. Sofia and I went. Daddy had to go to work. I took some photo's. I wish I had taken more at dinner. Randa is a clean eater unlike someone else. Sofia had her dinner all over her. Randa didn't even have one piece of food on her. I wish I would have taken a photo of them eating so you could see. Sofia gave them all a hug. The girls gave kisses to each other. I hope that we can get together again. I wished we lived closer, so the girls could see each other more. We did talk about meeting half way.

I wanted to share the First Family Photo we had taken. This was taken back in Jan. We are going to have a new one taken at the end of the month. I won a free 1 hour photo session at B and J's. Sofia will be in her Chinese outfit that we bought in China. We thought it would be cute to have her photo taken for our 1 year anniversary. We also plan on having a family one done. With the hopes we can use them for Christmas cards. We are already crossing our fingers that we get some good ones. Today Alyssa and Sofia had photo taken together. That was a disaster. Sofia cried and Alyssa was just as happy as can be. Sofia was upset they had her sit on a table. We all know that Sofia will not sit on a table. She associates the table with the doctors. We think. So lets hope that the ones at B and J's are on the floor.
