We went to Grandma and Grandpa's today. We had such a good time seeing all my Aunts and Uncles. The food was awesome. Aunt Julie did the grilling. I think we owe her something for all her hard work.

Happy 1/2 Birthday.

Today is Min Ho Parks 1/2 birthday. Happy birthday son. We hope you are well and we are all thinking of you.

We went shopping the other day for him.
Aunt Tina is already spoiling him. Sofia took all the stuff out of the bag to show daddy. She told daddy we spent 90.00 Bucks. She kept saying 90.00 bucks. We don't know where she heard 90.00 bucks. (We didn't even spend 90.00 bucks) Just wanted to say Thank you Tina.

We also Wanted to say a big Congrats to The Pickle family. They got the THE CALL for Travel. We can't wait to meet Isaiah!!! We are praying for safe travel for you guys.

Two years ago today!!!

THE CALL that changed our life forever. I remember I was at my mom's and Steve was at work. (just like today) We are so lucky and blessed to have such wonderful daughter. We hope that we are just as prefect for her as she is for us. Here are some photo's I took today.

Care Package

We are so very blessed to be given the chance to send our son a care package. The pickle family are waiting for their travel call. They said they would take the package with. So we just want to say a BIG THANK YOU to the pickle family. We also wanted to thank Aunt Tina for the outfit. We are sending the outfit from Aunt Tina, a toy, photo's, candy, lotion and a necklace.

PS. We have been asking Sofia where her brother is going to sleep. Tonight she said he was going to sleep in the CAR. Yes, she said the CAR. We laughed so hard. She does not want to share a room.

On Sunday we went to our friends Dani and Vince. Katelyn and Kourtney had their birthday party. Kaitlyn turned 3 and Kourtney turned 2. We had alot of fun. The kids sure did have fun playing.

My Sister Tina was the winner. She was the first one to call about the post. (A little gift will be given to her) I think she should have to go to Korea with me as her gift. What do you guys think........
What we know about our little guy.
He was born on Feb 29Th 08. Yes he is a leap year baby. His Korean name is Min Ho Park. He is very healthy. He also has siblings living in Korea.


What we don't know yet.
We still don't have a name for him. We might wait until he comes home to give him a name. We don't know when he will be home. He should be home by Christmas. (We hope) We don't know if one of us will travel or if he will be escorted.







The lady in the photo is his foster mom. In Korea the children live with a foster mom. These two photo's were taken when he was 5 1/2 months old.

Sofia turned 2 1/2 years old today.

Where has time gone? We can't believe that we have been home for 21 months. Sofia has grown so much. Everyday she is doing and saying something new.
We have been watching the Olympics. The girls gymnastics is one of Sofia's favorite things to watch. She spins and does somersaults. We sure do miss China. As I watch the Olympics I think about the life Sofia would have had in China. I also think about her birth family. Are they watching or did they attend any of the games? We will definitely buy the Olympic DVD.
Sofia is such a blessing to our family. God makes wonderful things happen. We thank God and her birth family for giving us such a perfect child.

We are cheering on both the USA and China.

We really enjoyed the opening ceremonies tonight. Sofia was singing and dancing. We did get some video I have to do some editing before posting it.
